摘 要:目的:探讨砷对小鼠肝、肾脂质过氧化的影响及锌的拮抗作用。方法:健康昆明种小鼠60只,随机分为阴性对照组、阳性对照组、砷+低锌组、砷+中锌组及砷+高锌组共5组,采用亚慢性毒性实验的方法,经口连续灌胃6周,实验结束后处死小鼠,分别测定小鼠肝、肾组织中脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活性,同时观察锌干预对染砷小鼠体内抗氧化水平的影响。结果:随着砷染毒剂量的增加,小鼠肝、肾组织中MDA含量显著增加,SOD、GSH-Px活性显著降低。锌能抑制MDA生成量,提高SOD、GSH-Px活性。结论:砷可致机体脂质过氧化,锌可拮抗其脂质过氧化作用。Objective: To investigate the effect of arsenic on lipid peroxidation in mice liver and observe the intervention effect of zinc supplement. Methods: Sixty health Kunmingmice were divided into five groups (negative control group, the positive control group, three zinc intervention group), a sub-chronic toxicity test methods, oral gavage for six weeks until the end of the experiment were killed. Lipid peroxidation malondialdehyde (MDA) content, superoxide dismutase (SOD), activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in mice liver and kidney were measured. At the same time observed after the intervention of zinc in mice with arsenic levels of anti-oxidation. Results: The results showed that with the increases of exposure levels of arsenic, the contents of MDA was significantly increased and the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were significantly decreased. Zinc could decrease the contents of MDA and increase the activities of SOD and GSH-Px significantly. Conclusion: The arsenic could induce lipid peroxidation in mice and zinc could inhibit the lipid peroxidation result in exposed to arsenic.
