摘  要:目的:探讨磁共振尿路成像的检查技术及临床应用价值。方法:采用快速自旋回波(TSE)、重T2WI技术对80例病人行磁共振尿路成像(MR urography,MRU)。结果:MRU可显示尿路梗阻的部位、程度,尤其对静脉肾盂造影(IVU)不能显影者效果良好;与常规MRI结合可揭示病变和尿路梗阻的关系。原始MRI图像显示肾实质和(或)输尿管重度阻塞,肾周围积液。MRU显示重度扩张的输尿管上段梗阻端呈"漏斗状"改变,下段呈"麻绳扭曲"样改变。结论:MRU是诊断泌尿系疾病的一种新型无创性影像手段。与MRI结合能更清楚地诊断尿路梗阻的病因。Objective: To evaluate the examine technology and the clinical apply value of MRU. Methods: To use the technology of TSE and double T2WI, 80 cases execute MRU were done. Results: The MRU had a good effect to the part and degree of urinary obstruction, especially to witch cannot show with IVU. Combine the usual MRI and MRU showed the relationship with the urinary obstruction and reveal affection. MRI images showed that the renal parenchyma and (or) ureter obstruction of severe kidney around effusion, or edema "marginal sign" best. MRU showed severe expansion of the ureter obstruction on the side like a "funnel-shaped", the next paragraph was changed like "hemp ropa-distorting". Conclusion: MUR will be a new and noninvasive means in the urography disease diagnose area. Combine with MRI and MRU is good to diagnose the pathogeny of urinary obstruction.
