摘　　要：现代社会出现了很多道德难题,这导致以解决道德难题为使命的应用伦理学的产生。依据道德难题产生的原因,我们把道德难题区分为事实性道德难题、规范性道德难题和元伦理难题。环境伦理学存在着上述三个层面的道德难题,元伦理难题是带有根本性质的道德难题。环境伦理学的元伦理难题主要是其核心范畴"内在价值"的定义难题,基本范畴"自然权利"的定义难题以及如何确证从"内在价值"推出环境伦理的有效性难题。这些难题的存在一方面表明了非人类中心主义的环境伦理学是一种新的伦理学形态;另一方面,也表明非人类中心主义的环境伦理学的有效性仍有待于进一步证明。There is a lot of moral dilemmas in modern society, which led to the formation of applied ethics that its mission is just to solve moral dilemmas. Based on the moral dilemmas reasons, we distinguished these into three types： factual moral dilemmas, normative moral dilemmas and meta-ethics problems. There are above three levels of moral dilemmas in environmental ethics, meta-ethics problems are the moral dilemmas which have fundamental nature. Meta-ethics problems in environmental ethics are not only definition problems about its core conception ＂intrinsic value＂ and its basic conception ＂natural rights＂, but also validity problems about how to corroborate that the ＂intrinsic value＂ can deduce environmental ethics. On the one hand, the existence of these problems is embodied that environmental ethics of non-anthropocentrism is a new form of ethics, on the other hand, also indicated that the validity of environmental ethics of non-anthropocentrism remains to be further proof.
