摘 要:目的调查2007年雅安市病媒生物的种群构成和季节消长,为开展病媒生物防制工作提供科学依据。方法鼠类监测采用夹夜法;蝇类监测采用笼诱法;蚊类监测采用诱蚊灯法;蜚蠊监测采用粘捕法。结果鼠类有1科2属3种。褐家鼠和黄胸鼠为优势种,分别占捕鼠总数的81.82%和12.12%;蝇类有4科7属8种,丝光绿蝇和家蝇为优势蝇种。分别占捕获总数的45.33%和21.41%;蚊类有1科4属8种。三带喙库蚊、致倦库蚊和中华按蚊为优势种。分别占捕获总数的60.80%、13.77%和10.42%;蜚蠊有2科2属3种,德国小蠊为优势种,占捕获总数的99.80%。鼠类和蜚蠊全年均有活动,前者季节性不明显。而后者活动高峰在8~10月;蝇类和蚊类有明显季节性。蝇类有5月、7月、10月3个高峰,5月最高;蚊类农村呈双峰型,高峰在6月,次峰在8月;城市全年呈单峰型,6月达高峰。结论雅安市鼠类优势种群为褐家鼠和黄胸鼠,主要分布在餐饮特殊行业和农村自然村,城市居民区较少;蝇类优势种群为为丝光绿蝇和家蝇媒,蝇类季节消长各异,受温度和天气影响较大;蚊类优势种群为三带喙库蚊、致倦库蚊和中华按蚊,6~8月为高峰季节;蜚蠊优势种群为德国小蠊,8~10月为活动高峰。Objective To investigate the community structure and seasonal fluctuation of biological vector for providing scientific basis in vector control. Methods Mouse trap, cage trap, light trap and GCR glue trap were used in 2007 to catch rodents, flies, mosquitoes and cockroaches respectively. Results The rodents were identified as 3 species of 2 genera, 1 family, Rattus norvegicus and R.flavipectus were dominant species and occupied 81.82%, 12. 12% respectively. The flies belonged to 8 species of 7 genera, 4 families, Lucilia sericata and Musca domestica were dominant species and occupied 45.33%, 21.41 % respectively. The mosquitoes belonged to 8 species of 4 genera, 1 family, Culex tritaeniorhynchus, Cu. pipiens quinquefasciatus and Anopheles sinensis were dominant species and occupied 60. 80%, 13.77% and 10. 42% respectively. The cockroaches beionged 3 species of 2 genera, 2 families, Blattella germanica was dominant species and occupied 99.80%. Rodents and cockcoaches were active throughout the year, seasonality was unconspicuous of the former, but the active peak was on August to October of the latter. Seasonality of flies and mosquitoes was obvious. The active peak of flies was on May, July and October of which the higherst was on May. The mosquitoes hade two active peaks on June and August of which the highest was on June in villages, but only an active peak on June in cities. Conclusion In Yaan City, malaria, filariasis are net eradicated, and local outbreak of leptospriosis, encephalitis B etc. still exist. The results show that vector susreillance should be strengthened.
