摘　　要：目的了解农村地区女性性工作者(FSW)有关艾滋病的高危行为情况,为在该人群中开展干预工作提供依据。方法2007-04/05对358名农村地区FSW进行艾滋病相关行为调查。结果FSW艾滋病相关知识知晓率为60.4%,商业性性行为时最近1次使用安全套率和最近1个月坚持使用安全套率分别为45.5%和16.8%,非商业性性行为时每次安全套使用率4.5%。结论FSW在商业性性行为和非商业性性行为时,都较少地采取保护措施,发生性行为时使用安全套率极低,存在感染和传播艾滋病病毒的危险。急需针对农村地区FSW采取综合干预措施,探索可推广的干预模式。Objective To understand AIDS related high risk behavior among FSW in the countryside area, and to provide scientific basis for intervention to target persons. Methods HIV/AIDS behavioral survey among FSW was conducted from April to May in 2007. Results The percentage of FSW knowledge about HIV/AIDS was 60. 4%. The percentages of condom use for the last time and persisted use for the last month were 45.5% and 16. 8% in commercial sex behavior but 17.1% and 4. 5% in non - commercial sex behavior. Conlcusion It is urgent to adopt comprehensive intervention measures to FSW in countryside area and to explore promotion intervention pattern.
