摘　　要：城市化的发展带来了城市群的快速发展,城市群现象也越来越明显,但是其规划并没有受到相应的重视,并存在着诸如内部结构功能不完善、规划中对环境的重视不够,环境污染等问题。文章分析了城市群规划的重要意义、规划的原则和目标以及城市群规划的新思维新战略的若干关键问题(核心城市、网络发展、合理开发等),特别是在城市群区内的超大城市、核心城市应当建设一流的现代化城市,环境质量好的清洁型、服务型城市。以期能在规划界引起探讨,从而使城市群规划与城市群的发展日趋完善。The phenomena of urban agglomeration are more and clearer as the rapid urbanization process. However, the urban agglomeration planning is not paid enough attention. There are also many problems in urban agglomeration planning, such as the inner structure and functionare not so perfect, environment are not paid enough attention which result in environment pollution. This paper analyzed the importance of urban agglomeration planning and its principle, new idea and methodology. Especially in the urban agglomeration of mega-cities area and the core cities should be first-class modem city construction, which is service-oriented and has good environmental quality. Hope this paper could arise the discussion on urban agglomeration planning to make the planning better and better.
