摘　　要：目的:研究葛根素衍生物G20的抗心肌缺血作用。方法:结扎大鼠冠状动脉前降支制备心肌缺血模型,观察G20对模型大鼠心电图及对缺血6h血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平和左心室梗死范围的影响。结果:G20预先给药能剂量依赖性地减小心电图T波振幅,降低血清AST活性,缩小左心室梗死范围。结论:G20预先给药具有一定的抗心肌缺血作用。OBJECTIVE： To study the anti - myocardial ischemia effect of G20, a derivative of Puerarin. METHODS： Myocardial ischemia model was established through left anterior descending branch ligation. At 6 h, the serum levels of LDH, CK and AST, as well as infarct size of left ventricle were determined and the changes of electrocardiogram were observed. RESULTS： G20 pretreatment could reduce the vibration amplitude of T wave, decrease activity of serum AST and lower the infarct size in a dose- dependent manner. CONCLUSION ： G20 pretreatment has proved anti - myocardial ischemia effect.
