摘 要:目的:优选微波法提取板蓝根中总有机酸的工艺。方法:以总有机酸的提取率为指标,应用酸碱滴定法测定提取物中总有机酸的含量,采用正交试验法对提取过程中的提取溶剂倍量、微波功率、微波辐照时间3个因素进行优选。结果:最佳提取条件为使用15倍药材量的水为溶剂,微波功率为522W,提取时间为20min,在此条件下总有机酸提取率达4.83%,接近水煎煮2h的提取率。结论:本方法具有快速、方便、节能、提取效率高等优点,值得推广应用。OBJECTIVE: To optimize the microwave - assisted extraction of total organic acids from Isatis indigotica. METHODS: With the dissolution rate of total organic acids as indexes, the content of total organic acids was determiend by acid- base titration and the three main factors including volume of solvent, microwave power and extraction time in the extraction process were optimized by orthogonal test. RESULTS: The optimal extraction process is to add 15 times amount of water and extract at a microwave power of 522 W for 20 minutes. Under the above condition, the extraction rate was 4.83%, close to the extraction yield achieved by water decoction for 2 h. CONCLUSION: The microwave- assisted extraction of total organic acids from Radix Isatidis is characterized by rapid, simple, efficient and energy- saving etc, thus deserving to be be popularized.
