摘　　要：济钢通过实施精炼渣循环利用、转炉煤气回收利用、蒸汽余热利用、烘烤器蓄热式改造及废旧耐火材料综合利用,创新发展循环经济,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益,实现了节能减排、清洁生产的目的。Through circular utilization of refining slag, recovery of converter gas, utilization of vapor surplus energy, roaster regenerator reformation and comprehensive utilization of waste or used refractory materials, we developed circular economy, got distinguished economic and social profit, realized the aim of energy - saving and drain -reducing and clean production.
