改进民营企业集权式财务管理模式的战略思考

摘　　要：随着我国市场经济向纵深推进,民营企业发展迅速。但在发展过程中,其在财务管理工作中还存在很多问题,我们认为改进民营企业集权式财务管理模式存在的问题需要从战略角度着力思考,同时认为要从实践角度加强实施,提出完善集团内部治理结构,采用相对集中的财务管理模式;成立企业集团内部结算中心的同时加强与银行的合作,建立企业集团资金集中管理的新模式等九个方面的改进战略。With the development of market economy, private enterprises have developed rapidly in China. However, these enterprises still face many problems in their financial management. We hold that solving the problems of centralized financial management mode in private enterprises needs to be considered from a strategic angle. Moreover, we should enhance the implementation in practice, propose the internal administration structure, employ a relatively centralized financial management mode, strengthen co-operations with banks, set up an internal settlement center in corporation, and establish a new mode of centralized capital management.
