糖肾复元汤对大鼠早期糖尿病肾脏损害疗效的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察糖肾复元汤对链脲霉素(STZ)糖尿病肾病大鼠的疗效。方法:采用STZ糖尿病肾病大鼠模型,分为正常组、对照组、糖肾复元汤治疗组。观察各组大鼠治疗前后的一般状况、血糖、血浆蛋白、肾功、尿蛋白等指标的变化。结果:与对照组比较,糖肾复元汤治疗组大鼠一般状况改善较好,血糖增高较少(P<0.01),血浆蛋白降低较少(P<0.01),血清BUN、Scr增高较少(P<0.01),尿蛋白漏出较少(P<0.01)。结论:糖肾复元汤能延缓糖尿病肾病的病程进展,对糖尿病肾病有确切的治疗效果。Objective：To observe Tangshen Fuyuan decoction＇s effect on DN rats due to STZ. Methods：Dividing rats of STZ diabetic nephropathy model into three groups： normal, control, Tangshen Fuyuan decoction group. Observing index changes of general condition, blood glucose, plasma protein,renal function,urine protein before and after treatment in all groups. Results：To compare with the control group, the rats in Tangshen Fuyuan decoction group has better recovered with blood glucose increasing less（P〈0.05）, plasma protein decreasing less（P〈0.01）, blood-serum BUN,Scr increasing less（P〈 0.01） ,urine protein leaking less （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Tangshen Fuyuan decoction is able to delay the pathological progress of diabetic nephropathy, and has definite therapeutic effect on the disease.
