摘 要:采用共沉淀法制备了十一烯酸根插层水滑石(LDH-U)并用于聚氯乙烯(PVC)改性,研究了LDH-U对原位悬浮聚合和熔融复合法制备的聚氯乙烯(PVC)/水滑石复合材料热稳定性的影响。刚果红变色、热失重和动态加工热稳定性测试表明,PVC与LDH-U直接熔融复合,热稳定性较未改性PVC差;而采用原位聚合得到的PVC/LDH-U复合材料的热稳定性优于未改性PVC,且稳定时间随着LDH-U含量的增加而不断提高。导致以上差异的原因是原位聚合可使插层十一烯酸与氯乙烯发生共聚。10-undecenonate intercalated hydrotalcite (LDH-U) were prepared by co-precipitation method and used to modified poly (vinyl chloride)(PVC). Effect of LDH-U on the thermal stability of PVC/ LDH-U composites prepared by in-situ suspension polymerization and melt blending was investigated. The results from Congro red, TGA and dynamic thermal stability measurement showed that the thermal stability of PVC is decreased as LDH-U composed with PVC by direct melt blending, while the thermal stability of PVC/ LDH-U composite prepared by in-situ polymerization method is better than unmodified PVC, and increased with the increased weight fraction of LUD-U. This is caused by the copolymerization of 10-undecenonate with vinyl chloride in in-situ polymerization. poly
