摘 要:通过研究蚓粪、堆肥及其混合浸提液浸种对黑麦草Lolium perenne、高羊茅Festuca arundinacea和早熟禾Poa pratensis种子萌发及初期生长的影响,结果表明:堆肥浸提液可以提高草坪植物的种子萌发率;各浸提液对黑麦草和高羊茅地上生物量的增加有明显的促进作用,其中以蚓粪浸提液的作用最明显,黑麦草和高羊茅的地上生物量分别比对照增加了70.71%和30.52%,各浸提液对早熟禾的地上生物量的增加有抑制作用;浸提液对草坪植物的根系生长有抑制作用,3种植物的根长、根质量和根冠比与对照相比有所降低;浸提液增加了植物的叶绿素含量,促进了植物的光合作用和生长。Seeds of Loliurn perenne, Festuca arundinacea and Poa pratensis were soaked with earthworm cast extract, domestic rubbish compost extract and their mixture and then the seed germination and seedling growth were investigated. The results showed that the domestic rubbish compost extract had positive effect on seed germination rate. All extracts, especially the earthworm cast extract, promoted the aboveground biomass accumulation of L. perenne and F. arundinacea. Compared with the control, the aboveground biomass of L. perenne and F. arundinacea were increased by 70.71% and 30.52%respectively. But the extracts had negative effects on the aboveground biomass of P. prater〉 sis. The extracts inhibited root growth and the root weight, root length and ratio of root and shoot of three turfgrasses decreased compared with control. The extracts could increase the content of chlorophyll and promote the photosynthesis and the growth of turfgrasses.
