摘　　要：内蒙古在经济全球化、区域经济一体化和我国重化工业快速发展的背景下,通过大力实施"三化"互动战略,经济发展开始大幅度提速。阿拉善经济开发区便是在这样的环境和背景下不断发展起来的。将理论研究与案例分析相结合,在开发区理论的框架下,从循环经济的视角,探讨阿拉善经济开发区循环经济模式的理论与现实意义。The developing mode which our country runs comes from the economic experience of the developed countries and regions. Since the beginning of the reform, especially after the 7th party congress of the autonomous regions, the inner Mongolia take the interactive strategy under the underground of the globalization and the rapid development of the heavy industry, gaining remarkable advancement in the development of economy. The A - La -Shan economic district brings its path out of the circumstance above. This paper will analyze the history and construction planning, the theoretical and practical significance with the method of blending the theory and case study.
