摘 要:选用Ti/C混合粉末为熔覆材料,脉冲YAG激光作为辐照源,对钛合金表面进行了激光熔覆实验。研究了激光工艺参数(包括脉冲频率、脉冲宽度、扫描速度等)对熔覆层物相的影响。选取合适的工艺参数,改变Ti/C的成分配比,探寻生成TiC的最佳工艺组合和熔覆材料的成分配比。对熔覆样品采用XRD方法进行了物相分析。结果表明,能生成TiC的最佳工艺组合为脉冲宽度为3.0ms,脉冲频率15Hz,扫描速度为1mm/s左右,搭接率为40%左右。在此工艺下,Ti∶C的最佳比例为7∶3(质量比)。在上述条件下,可在钛合金表面原位生成以TiC陶瓷为主的增强相。Laser cladding Ti/C compound powders to form TiC ceramic was realized on the surface of Ti-6Al-4V alloy using pulsed YAG laser as the radiated source. The influnces of laser parameters including pulse frequency, pulse width and scanning speed were studied. On the above basis, the proper parameters to realize ideal cladding effect were given out. Different ratio of Ti and C were designed to investigate its influence on the formation of TiC under the condition of the above proper laser technology parameters. The XRD method was used to analyze the components of cladded coatings prepared under all kind of cinditions. The results show that the pulse width should be 3.0ms, the pulse frequency is 15Hz,the laser velocity should be about 1.0mm/s ,and the ratio of recladding is about 40% ,which are the proper parameters to realize exerllent cladding effect. The ratio of Ti and C is about 7:3 (mass ratio) that is the ideal ratio to form TiC reinfoced particles.
