摘　　要：建筑节能对于促进能源资源节约和合理利用、加快发展循环经济、实现经济社会的可持续发展以及建设节约型社会有着举足轻重的作用,也是保障国家能源安全、保护环境、提高人民群众生活质量、贯彻落实科学发展观的一项重要举措。阐述了建筑节能的发展阶段及开展建筑节能的重要意义,并提出了建筑节能存在的问题和解决办法,展望了建筑节能的发展前景。Energy effwiency of buildings plays important role in promoting the reasonable use of resource, speeding up the development circulation economy, realizing the sustainable development of economic society and constructing conservation-minded society. And it also can safeguard national energy security, protect environment, improve the living quality and implement the scientifw concept of development. Development phases and significance of energy effwiency of buildings were described. Some problems occurred in energy effwlency of buildlngs and solutions were put forward, and development prospect of energy efficiency of buildings were forecasted.
