摘　　要：本文阐明了临川县茅排金矿床金矿化特征,成矿地质条件分析。This article illustrates the Maopai gold deposite mineralization characteristics and analyses mineral geoligical conditions, as well as the relations with stratum, rock, conformation, magma and wall rock alteration. Through analysing the gold deposite mineralization characteristics and mineral geoligical conditions, we can find references for some similar gold deposits prospecting.
