摘 要:语言教学中不仅要教语言,还应融进文化因素。多媒体语言教学与跨文化交际能力培养将语言学习与文化意识培养相结合,使高师生在英语学习中提高文化素养、增强文化意识,培养跨文化交际能力,为推动基础教育发展,改革高师英语教学,培养合格英语师资起到促进作用。Language instruction should cover both the language and culture. The mode of multi-media language teaching and cultivation of cross-cultural commnicative competence combines English learning with cultivation of cultural awareness.When trained in this mode, an English major's appreciation of cultures will improve. Such enhanced awareness of culture helps in raising the ability of communication across cultures. This mode of instruction is beneficial for developing basic education, improving English teaching and producing qualified English teachers.
