摘　　要：单位经济犯罪的认定与侦查是经侦工作中的难点,从刑法理论的角度研究与甄别单位经济犯罪具有重大意义,即决定可否立案、决定犯罪罪名和处罚轻重。单位经济犯罪侦查应侧重以下几个方面:界定主体资格、调查决策过程、调查违法所得流向等。Unit economic crimes＇ recognizing is after detects in the work with the detection the difficulty, has the great significance from the crninal law theory＇s angle research and the distinctive unit economic crimes： Namely decided whether to put on record, the decision crime charge and the punishment weight. The unit economic crimes detection should know the following detection main point： The limits main body qualifications, the investigation decision making process, the investigation illegal obtained flow to and so on.
