摘　　要：实践认为,抓好二炮医院机动卫勤分队建设,要理清思路,科学谋划;突出重点,加强配套;紧贴实战,强化训练。启示是,抽组建设机动卫勤分队,是提高二炮卫生战备建设整体水平的有效途径,关键在于加强组织领导,必由之路是科学组织训练,重要方法是理论与实践相结合,有力保证是全面提升医院综合实力。Clear idea, scientific plan, focusing on the point, strong support measures and strengthened training were verified to be important for the construction of mobile squad of medical service of missile force by practice. It inspires us that construction of mobile medical service force is an effective way to improve the whole medical and combat readiness level of the second Artillery. The key points are enforcing the leadership and scientific training with methods of combining theory and practice which can improve the whole efficiency level of the hospital.
