摘　　要：分析在市场经济条件下军队医院办刊所面临的形势及存在的问题,探讨在今后办刊中的对策。目前期刊市场竞争十分非常激烈,同类重复、同位竞争期刊众多;办刊人员要对办刊形势的严峻性有足够的了解及充分的认识,在有限的读者群、作者群中找准自己的位置,并对所办期刊进行准确的市场定位,同时在提高期刊质量方面下功夫,切实为期刊参与市场竞争创造条件。This essay intends to discuss the situations and problems for military hospitals holding journals under the circumstance of market economy and to find out measures with this regard. The current competition in holding journals is extremely fierce, with repetitive appearance of the same kind of journals and the large amount of journals aimed at the same level of readers. People who run journals should have a comprehensive understanding of the severe situation, find a proper position among the limited readership and authorship, locate an accurate place for the journals in the market, and improve the quality of the journals in order to participate in the market competition.
