摘　　要：部队编制体制改革后,卫生士官在部队卫生勤务工作中的地位和作用越来越重要,其群体素质的高低直接关系到卫勤保障能力和水平。作者分析总结了目前卫生士官人才培养上存在的主要问题,并结合目前基层部队卫生士官人才的现状提出了"依托国民教育选拔人才,依靠军队培训机构锻造人才,多种模式并举搭建人才培养平台,完善政策法规形成人才培养良性发展机制"的卫生士官人才培养对策。After the reform of military system and formation, the role of military medics becomes more important in military health service, and their quality is direct associated with the military health service capability. In the paper, the author analyzed the existing problems in the training of military medics. As the solution to the problems, the author proposes a countermeasure that consists of selecting the persons with ability on the basis of civil education, training them in military training organization, setting up a platform on which the talent are cultivated, and improving the policies and the laws so that a good talent- cultivating system would come into being.
