摘　　要：目的了解老年人对骨质疏松症的认知水平及行为状况。方法对7所驻京军队干休所的130名老年男性进行问卷调查。结果老年人对骨质疏松症的危害认识不足,对其危险因素缺乏了解,仔在不健康的生活方式。结论对老年人开展多种形式的健康教育,有利于帮助他们树立预防疾病的健康观念,建立健康的行为和生活方式,可有效预防骨质疏松症的发生。Objective To investigate the knowledge and behavior about the osteoporosis in elderly people, Method A questionnaire survey was conducted on 130 elderly male individuals from 7 cadre＇ s sanatorium inhabited in Beijing military troops, Result The eld- erly male individuals were lack of the knowledge about the danger and risk factors of osteoporosis, Meanwhile,they showed some kinds of unhealthy life styles, Conclusions In order to effectively prevent osteoporosis among elderly people,it is suggested to provide multiple means of health education for the elderly people to strengthen their recognition of health and health prevention, set up healthy life styles and behaviors.
