防震减灾在城市规划中的实践——以震后唐山规划建设为例

摘　　要：强烈地震对人类的生命财产造成的损失是巨大的,对城市的破坏是毁灭性的。目前在地震预报不过关的情况下,做好震前防灾工作,是提高城市的综台抗震能力最有效的措施之一。本文就震后唐山规划建设为例,论述了防震减灾在唐山城市规划中的实践,并对地震小区划、应急避震琉散场所、设防标准、地震应急预案、预警系统、防震知识普及等进行研究和探讨,以期为创造安全城市起到一定的作用。It has caused enormous damage that Strong earthquakes on human life and property, the city＇s destruction is devastating. However, in the circumstances that the current earthquake prediction is not effective, doing a good disaster prevention work before the earthquake is one of the most effective measures to improve the city＇s comprehensive anti-seismic capacity. In this paper, after the Tangshan earthquake planning and construction for example, on the practice of Tangshan earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in urban planning, and small earthquakes division, shock absorbers emergency evacuation sites, security standards, earthquake emergency plan, early warning systems, earthquake research, such as universal knowledge and discussed with a view to create a safe city plays a certain role.
