摘　　要：2007年遭遇强龙卷风袭击的美国堪萨斯州格林斯堡镇,通过生态城市重建计划,成为美国未来乡村小镇建设的典范。重点介绍了重建计划制定过程中的民众参与机制,重建计划中有关碳排放研究、步行化城镇建设、新建建筑环境性能要求及设计指导意见等内容,希望为汶川大地震后的城镇灾后重建提供一些借鉴。This paper introduces Greensburg Comprehensive Master Plan, including the formulating background, progress of redevelopment plan, and emphatically introduces the public participation mechanism in redevelopment planning and the research about reducing Greensburg＇ s Carbon Footprint, community walkability, building sustainable design and construction. Disaster is over and reconstruction is about to begin, the author hopes to offer help and to promote the reconstruction after the Wenchuan earthquake as for reference on internatJonal experience.
