摘　　要：通过对西南山地城市(镇)灾害的分析研究,从理论层面探讨山地灾害与西南山地人居环境建设的关系;分析了防灾减灾对于人居环境建设的基础性作用,同时指出山地灾害的防治需要山地人居环境理论支持的重要性。This paper analyzes the southwest mountain city disasters, it consults the relationship between mountain disasters and the construction southwest mountain city in the angle of theory. It analyzes the basic function of disaster preparedness and reduction to the human settlement construction, then points out that disaster preventing and curing needs theoretical support of human settlement.
