摘 要:目的:探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)及其三维重组对肺部疾病介入治疗的指导价值。方法:对32例肺部疾病患者,介入治疗前行MSCTA检查,并应用最大密度投影(MIP)、容积再现(VR)技术对血管进行三维重组。结果:32例患者共进行MSCTA检查及三维重组41次,共发现供血动脉形成57支。MSCTA显示供血动脉起源及其分支的三维结构优于DSA。结论:在肺部疾病介入治疗前行MSCTA检查及三维重组,能直观、清晰地显示供血血管的数量和起源,有利于降低手术难度,减少对比剂的用量和曝光时间,对制订手术方案具有重要指导意义。Objective : To assess the value of MSCTA and three-dimensional reconstruction in interventional therapy of pulmonary disease. Methods: MSCTA was performed in 32 cases of pulmonary disease before interventional therapy. Threedimensional reconstruction of blood vessels was clone by using the techniques of MIP and VR technique. Results:41 times of MSCTA and 3D reconstruction were performed in 32 cases of pulmonary disease,in which we discovered 57 feeding arteries. The feeding arteries including their branches and origin were better demonstrated on MSCTA with 3D reconstruction than on DSA. Conclusion: By MSCTA and three-dimensional reconstruction performed in pulmonary disease before interventional therapy,number and origin of feeding arteries can be clearly shown. This will degrade the difficulty of interventional operation,reduce the dosage of contrast medium and exposure time of X-ray.
