摘　　要：目的:回顾性分析老年钙化性心瓣膜病患者的临床特点。方法:分析90例55岁以上老年钙化性心瓣膜病患者超声心动图及临床表现资料。结果:该病主要累及主动脉瓣及二尖瓣,其中90%患者出现主动脉瓣环或瓣叶受累,其可导致瓣膜区返流、狭窄,引发心脏功能受损。结论:老年钙化性心瓣膜病临床缺乏特异性,超声心动图具有诊断价值。Objective： To retrospective analyse the clinical characteristic of the patients with senile calcific valvular disease. Methods： The data of 90 cases with senile calcific valvular disease, aged 55 and over 55, were analysed including echocardiography and clinical manifestation. Results： Valvular calcification mostly involved in aortic valve and mitral valve, 90% cases were found with aortic annulus or leaflet calcificaiton. Valvular dysfunction can cause regurgitation and stenosis which result in heart dysfunction. Conclusion： Clinical specificity was seldom observation in patients with with senile calcific valvular disease, echocardiography is a relatively specific method for detecting this disease.
