摘  要:气道支架置入已显示出其在治疗各种原因引起的气道狭窄方面的优越性,但仍有不少问题尚未得到解决。硅酮支架具有良好的组织相容性,但其置入和取出需在全麻下通过硬质气道镜进行,过程较复杂,易导致分泌物潴留。金属支架置入较方便,不影响气道清除功能,但取出相对困难,组织相容性还有待进一步改进。新型支架应具有更好的组织相容性,硬度和柔韧性更加适当,置入和取出更为方便。放射性支架可控制气道内肿瘤生长,并可防止肉芽组织增生,目前已进入研究阶段。可吸收的生物材料支架对于需要短期支撑气道的疾病很有价值,避免了支架取出过程,也已进入临床前期的研制。对于良性气道狭窄支架置入后的远期疗效需继续进行观察和评价。因此,防止气道支架置入后再狭窄的发生及其处理,开发疗效更好、副作用更少的新支架是今后研究的热点方向。Airway stent has exhibited specific advantages in treating airway constriction caused by various reasons. However, there are many problems. Silicone stent has good histocompatibility, but its implantation and extraction are performed under general anesthesia through tracheoscope, possibly inducing secretion retaining. Metal stent is simple to operation and does not affect airway clearance function, but its withdrawal is difficult, and the histocompatibility needs further modification. It is important to improve histocompatibility, rigidity and tenacity and ease the implantation and extraction in designing a novel stent. Radioactive stent can control tumor growth in airway, and prevent granulation tissue hyperplasia. Absorbable biomaterial stent is valuable for diseases needing short-term airway support, avoiding stent extraction, and has entered preparation for preclinical phase. The long-term effect following stenting for benign airway constriction needs observation and evaluation. To prevent restenosis following stenting, and design stent with better curative effect and less side effects are subjects in future studies.
