摘　　要：运动生物力学作为生物力学的分支学科,它首先研究人体内部运动系统和外部人体整体运动的力学特性;其次研究人体内部运动系统和外部人体整体运动间的力学关系,从而构成对人体运动行为生物力学规律的本质把握。肌肉功能和力学特性是人体运动的基础,肌肉力学是运动生物力学研究和运动训练的基础。Sports biomechanics, as a branch of biomechanics, studies mechanics characteristics and mechanics relationship of human internal locomotor system and human external bodily movement to fundamentally understand the rule of biomechanics characteristics under the sports condition. Muscular function and mechanics characteristics are a basis of human motion, and muscle mechanics is a basis of sports biomechanics research and sports training.
