旋股内、外侧动脉注药配合电感耦合及射频物理治疗Ⅱ期股骨头坏死98例

摘　　要：河北医科大学第三医院收治确诊的Ⅱ期股骨头坏死患者98例,按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用德国西门子数字减影血管造影系统进行旋股内、外侧动脉注药并配合XT-400A骨创伤治疗仪进行电感耦合治疗和PWH-A型微波治疗仪进行射频治疗。对照组口服中成药丹郁骨康丸。治疗后1个月98例患者均得到随访,结果表明,实验组疼痛缓解情况及髋关节功能恢复明显优于对照组,两组疗效比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。可见应用旋股内、外侧动脉注药配合电感耦合、射频治疗技术治疗早期股骨头坏死可明显缓解疼痛,髋关节功能恢复良好。Ninety-eight patients with early aseptic necrosis of the femoral head were admitted in Third Hospital of Hebei Medical University and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group （n =43） was treated by medicine injection in medial and lateral femoral circumflex arteries in combination with inductively coupled therapy （XT-400A treatment instrument）, and radiofrequency therapy （PWH-A microwave）. The control group （n =56） only took Danyugukang Wan, traditional Chinese medicine. Ninety-eight cases were followed up since one month after therapy. The relief of pain and the functional recovery of hip joint in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Intervention with inductively coupled and radiofrequency physiotherapies can significantly ease pain, improve blood circulation, and promote functional recovery of hip joint.
