摘　　要：介绍了基于PLC的潜油电机磁控软启动控制器的硬件组成和软件设计,该启动器使用在潜油电泵采油机组中,可以解决潜油电机启动电流大,电泵机组在启动时损坏频繁等故障,同时也满足潜油电泵机组对启动转矩的要求,并具有可靠、完善的电泵机组故障保护功能。This paper introduced the hardware components and software design of magnetic control soft-start controller of the submersible motor based on PLC. The starter used in electrical submersible pump can reduce the start-current and avoid frequent start-failures; meanwhile, it meets the requirement for start-torque. It also has reliable and perfect protection functions during the submersible motor operation.
