摘  要:选择从野生云锦杜鹃(Rhododendron fortunei L.)根系分离的4个菌根真菌菌株,采用3种方法接种云锦杜鹃试管苗.结果表明:营养液与栽培介质混合的单层接种方式是一种良好的植物—真菌共生培养方法;选择的4个菌株对云锦杜鹃试管苗生长均有促进作用,幼苗苗高、叶片数、主根数、根长、叶绿素、干重等指标都优于对照植株.Four isolates of ericoid mycorrhizal fungi from the roots of Rhododendronfortunei L. were selected to inoculate in vitro seedlings of hoet plant by three methods. The results showed that the one-layer substrate of inoculation was better than other medium for the seedling growth; the four selected fungal strains were found to be beneficial to the growth of seedlings, their height, quantity of root and leaf, root length, dry weight and the content of chlorophyll were higher than the control.
