摘 要:研究了砌块样品粒径、碳化钙密封试剂粒径对碳化钙气压法砌块含水率快速测定(BMTCP)时的反应平衡时间、容器平衡压力的影响.采用不同的取样方法,对不同类型的砌块比较了碳化钙气压法砌块含水率快速测定方法与传统烘干法的差异,并利用碳化钙气压法研究了不同类型的加气砌块含水率分布.研究表明,砌块样品粒径对反应平衡时间与容器平衡压力有显著的影响;碳化钙密封试剂粒径对反应平衡时间有一定影响,对容器平衡压力影响很小;碳化钙气压法可有效测定砌块不同深度处的含水率;干燥环境条件下加气砌块内部含水率呈非线性梯度分布,砂加气砌块的干燥速度比粉煤灰加气砌块快.Effect of particle diameter of block sample and particle diameter of calcium carbide on reaction equilibration time and equalizing pressure in vessel of block moisture content testing method using carbide-gas pressure (BMTCP) was studied. Given different blocks, BMTCP was compared with conventional drying method using different sampling method. The moisture content distribution of different blocks was studied using BMTCP. The results indicate that particle diameter of sample has significant effect on reaction balance time and final equalizing pressure in vessel. Particle diameter of carbide reagent has certain effect on reaction balance time and little effect on final equalizing pressure results, BMTCP can test moisture content of blocks in different depth effectively. Internal moisture content in autoclaved aerated block increases in non-linear gradient from the surface in drying condition. The drying rate of sand autoclaved aerated block is higher than that of fly-ash autoclaved aerated block.
