血清ICTP、ALP联合测定对骨肿瘤的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清Ⅰ型胶原羧基吡啶末端肽(ICTP)及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)联合测定对骨肿瘤的诊断价值。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和化学连续监测法测定骨肿瘤患者血清ICTP与ALP的水平。结果:恶性骨肿瘤患者血清ICTP、ALP水平明显高于良性骨肿瘤患者及正常对照组,P<0.01。ICTP和ALP对骨肿瘤的敏感性分别为78.9%,57.9%;特异性分别为85.1%,74.5%。经受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析,并联试验测定的特异性为80.9%,敏感性为89.5%,与单项测定指标相比,其敏感性相差显著,P<0.01。结论:血清ICTP与ALP联合检测对于骨肿瘤的诊断具有较高的应用价值。Objective ： To study the diagnostic value of the combined test of serum carboxyterminal cross - linked telopeptide of type I collagen （ICTP） and alkaline phosphates （ALP） in bone neoplasm patients. Methods： Serum ICTP and ALP contents were measured with ELISA and chemical continual monitor method in 85 patients and 35 controis. Results：Serum ITCP and ALP in malignant bone neoplasm were significantly higher than those in benign bone tumor and controls,P 〈 0.01. The sensitivity of ICTP and ALP for bone neoplasm was 78.9% and 57.9% respectively, and the specificity was 85.1% and 74.5%. By Receiver operator characteristic curve （ROC） analyze, the specificity of combined test was 80.9% and the sensitivity was 89.5% which was significantly higher than that of ICTP or ALP,P 〈0.01. Conclusion：Combined test of serum ICTP and ALP can enhance the diagnosis of bone neoplasm.
