康宁克通与维生素E联合应用预防隆乳术后乳房硬化

摘　　要：目的:观察康宁克通与维生素E联合应用对预防隆乳术后乳房硬化(纤维包膜挛缩)的效果。方法:对112例隆乳患者术后于胸大肌后腔穴内灌注康宁克通混悬液,并服用维生素E胶丸;另设同等数量对照组。结果:治疗组112例(224个乳房)仅有4例(6个乳房)发生硬化(硬化率2.67%),明显低于对照组的23例(40个乳房)/112例(224个乳房),硬化率17.85%,P<0.01。且挛缩程度较轻(BakerⅡ～Ⅲ级)。结论:康宁克通与维生素E联合应用可明显降低隆乳术后乳房硬化(纤维包膜挛缩)发生率。Objective To observe the effect of using Kenacort-A combined with Vitamin E to prevent the zaranthan （capsules contracture）after augmentation mammoplasty. Methods We affused the Kenacort-A suspl in the Retropectoral antrums to 112 patients and gave them vitamin E to per os after augmentation mammoplasty. And there were equal quantity patients to contrast. Results Zaranthan had happened in only 4 patients （6 breasts） in 112 patients （224 breasts） in treatment group （ The rate of zaranthan was 2.67%）. And 23 patients （40 breasts） in the control group had engendered zaranthan.（ The rate was 17.85%）. The rate of zaranthan in treatment group was obviously lower than that in control group （P〈0.01）.And the contractural degree in treatment group was also not at all serious than that in control group （Baker Ⅱ - Ⅲ ）. Conclusion Using Kenacort-A combined with vitamin E can depress the rate of zaranthan after breast implants.
