长三角区域经济一体化的历史进程与动力结构

摘　　要：从长江三角洲区域经济一体化的历史过程来看.长江三角洲区域经济一体化的进程可分为上海经济区时期、浦东开发时期以及经济全球化时期三个阶段。从要素禀赋、产业分工、制度变迁、组织协调、地区博弈、区位条件等因素的时间序列变化分析入手,可以揭示长江三角洲区域经济一体化的动力及其结构:长江三角洲区域经济一体化从一开始就是中国改革开放中地方分权的经济管理模式的伴生物和制衡器,其有两个发动机,一是伴随着经济体制改革而来的市场化力量,二是由政府主导的区域协调机制。要素和产品的跨区域流动,是长江三角洲区域经济一体化的主要被解释变量;而由产业转移和集聚体现的分工和规模经济因素、空间距离所导致的地理因素、社会网络表现的社会文化因素以及制度成本,则是一体化的主要解释变量。Based on the historical analysis, this paper divides the historical process of the regional economic integration of Yangtze River delta into three phases which include, big Shanghai economic region, development of Pudong and globalization. It analyzes the structure and dynamics of regional economic integration in Yangtze River delta, from the perspective of times serial variations that range from factor endowment, industrial divide, institutional transition, organizational compatibilinty, district game to location condition. It discovers that there are two engines which cause the development of the regional economic integration in Yangtze River with the local decentralization in the process of reform, opening-up and modernization of China. One is the market power produced by the process of reform, opening-up and modernization of China, the other is the regional coordination mechanism governed by local government. Factor and Product mobility acted as the main Dependent Variables in the historical process of the regional economic integration, while the other factors acted as the main independent variables which include the industrial divide and scale economy induced by industrial transfer and agglomeration, the geography problem from the spatial distance, the culture effect of social network and the institutional cost.
