摘  要:目的:探讨VEGF对血管及软组织长入多孔聚乙烯支架的影响。方法:制作多孔聚乙烯支架置入动物体内的模型后,随机分成2组:第一组应用VEGF;第二组为对照组(不给任何药物)。术后第7天、第14天取出支架,做组织学分析观察毛细血管及肉芽组织长入状况。结果:应用VEGF组血管及肉芽组织长入孔隙迅速,而对照组长入缓慢,有显著性差异。结论:血管内皮生长因子可促进血管及软组织长入多孔聚乙烯支架,从而加强了该支架的稳定性,促进植入效果。Objective To observe the effects of VEGF on blood vessels and soft tissues growing into the porous polyethylene pivoting helix framework. Methods Porous polyethylene pivoting helix frameworks were implanted into the rabbits' bodies. The rabbits were randomly divided into two groups, VEGF group and the control group. The control groups were given nothing. The frameworks were taken out to observe the growth of blood vessels and soft tissues. Results The results showed that blood vessels and granulation tissue grew inio the pores rapidly in the VEGF group. However, blood vessels and granulation tissue grew into the pores of the control groups slowly. There was significant difference between the experimental groups and the control groups. Conclusion Our results suggest vascular endothelial growth factor promoted blood vessels and soft tissues growing into porous polyethylene pivoting helix framework. Thereby, VEGF was able to improve the effect of porous Polyethylene pivoting helix framework after it was implanted.
