面部银屑病97例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:分析银屑病的面部损害及相应的美容问题,探讨有效治疗对策。方法:收集2002年1月～2007年12月的银屑病患者,对其中皮损累及面部的患者进行病史、临床特征和治疗反应等方面的总结分析。结果:15.9%的银屑病患者具有面部皮损,其临床表现主要为境界清楚的淡红色斑片,有不同程度的浸润和鳞屑,对患者构成一定的美容损害;患者具有发病年龄较早、银屑病家族史阳性率高、病程长、求治心切等特点.对以窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)为主的综合治疗和他克莫司软膏外用反应良好。结论:发生在面部的银屑病具有一定的临床特点,应进行积极治疗。Objective To evaluate the prevalence and clinical characteristics of facial psoriasis. Methods Psoriatic patients were collected from January 2002 to December 2007. From them, those with facial involvement were studied. Clinical, historical features and treatment course were analyzed. Results Patients with facial psoriasis manifested mainly as sharply demarcated, light erythema or plaques with different degree of infiltration. The face was often involved for patients with long duration or early onset of disease. Patients with facial involvement were found to have higher rate of positive family history. Most of the patients responded very well to the NB-UVB therapeutic alliance or topical tacrolimus. Conclusion Compared with the common form of psoriasis, facial psoriasis has its own characteristics.
