摘 要:采用负压铸渗法制备了铸铁表面不同WC含量的Ni基复合渗层,观察了渗层与基体结合形貌并对试样进行三点弯曲测试。结果表明:渗层与基体熔合良好;随着渗层中WC含量的增加,渗层的韧性变差,变形的能力变差;弯曲破坏形貌和断口分析表明,不同WC含量的渗层破坏形貌基本相同,断裂机理也相同,基体沿石墨断裂,渗层沿WC断裂。The composite layers with different content of WC infiltrated on Ni-based surface were fabricated on cast iron substrate through vacuum infiltration casting technology. The appearance of combining layer had been observed and three-point bending test was performed. The result shows that, the bonding between substrate and layer is excellent; With the increasing of content of WC in the infiltrated layer, the toughness of the surface infiltrated layer decreases, the ability of deformation becomes poor. The analysis of destruction pattern and fracture shows that, the fracture appearance of surface infiltrated layer for various content of WC was identical, and their fracture mechanics seem similar, the substrates break apart along graphite, the layers break apart along WC.
