摘　　要：目的:总结70岁以上老年患者行冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)的结果,讨论老年冠心病患者的围术期处理方法。方法:对80例接受CABG的70岁以上老年冠心病患者围术期处理的特点进行回顾性分析。结果:全组内乳动脉使用率100%,人均旁路移植(3.2±1.2)支,围术期死亡率5.0%,并发症发生率22.5%,平均住院时间(12.7±5.9)d。结论:CABG可改善老年冠心病患者的临床症状,提高生活质量。术前充分评估、术中合理选择手术方案和术后精细处理可提高手术成功率。Objective： To summarize the coronary artery bypass grafting （CABG） surgery for patients over 70 years old and discuss the strategies for the perioperative management of CABG for the aged. Methods： We retrospectively analyzed the characteristics of the perioperative management of 80 patients over 70 years old undergoing CABG. Results： The left internal mammary artery （LIMA） was used by 100.0%, and the bypass grafts were （3.2 ± 1.2） per case, with the rate of perioperative mortality of 5.0% and the incidence of complications of 22.5%. The patients were discharged within （12.7 ±5.9） days after the operation. Conclusion ： Coronary artery bypass grafting for patients over 70 years old can alleviate the symptoms and improve life quality, and good results could be obtained through meticulous perioperative management.
