摘　　要：目的:观察三七中人参三醇皂苷(PTS)的活血化淤作用。方法:实时监测犬脑血流量、脑血管阻力、心率、平均动脉血压,检测大鼠全血血小板聚集,检测大鼠动-静脉旁路血栓形成。结果:PTS注射液可以通过降低脑血管阻力,明显增加脑血流量来改善脑循环,PTS注射液能抑制二磷酸腺苷(ADP)诱导的大鼠血小板聚集和大鼠动-静脉旁路血栓的形成。结论:PTS具有良好的活血化淤功能。Objective： To observe promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis of Panaxatriol Saponins. Methods： Cerebral blood flow, cerebral vascular resistance, heart rote and mean blood pressure are real-time monitored. Platelet aggregation and thrombgenesis are detected. Results. By reducing cerebral vascular resistance and increasing cerebral blood flow, PTS can improve cerebral circulation. ~ can also in- hibite platelet aggregation and thrombgenesis. Conclusion： Panaxatriol Saponins can prorate blood circulation by removing blood stasis.
