摘 要:目的:观察蜘蛛香乙醇提取物对焦虑模型大鼠抗焦虑作用,并探讨其药理学机制。方法:采用高架十字谜宫大鼠焦虑模型,用蜘蛛香乙醇提取物进行抗焦虑治疗,同时与艾司唑仑进行对比。观察蜘蛛香提取物对焦虑大鼠的行为学,及脑组织神经递质5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)的影响。结果:高架十字迷宫(EPM)行为学观察表明,蜘蛛香乙醇提取物可明显提高大鼠在迷宫中的开臂次数比例和开臂时间比例。并且与模型对照组比较,蜘蛛香乙醇提取物还可显著降低脑组织5-HT、NE和DA的含量。结论:蜘蛛香乙醇提取物有明显抗焦虑作用,作用机制和调节脑组织神经递质含量有关。Objective :To observe the effects of the extract of Valeriana jatamansi Jones on the anxiety model of rat. Methods:The elevated plusmaze test was used to make the anxiety model of rat. Compared with estazolam as the control medicine, anxiety rats were treated by the extract of Valefiana jatamansi Jones. The ethology and neurotransmitter in the brain such as 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) ,noradrenahne (NE) and dopamine (DA)were observed. Results:The observation of ethology indicated that the extract of Valeriana jatamansi Jones could obviously improve the frequency and time percentage of the open arm( P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with model group, the extract of Valeriana jatamansi Jones may have effect on decreasing the content of 5-HT,NE and DA in the brain( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:The extract of Valeriana jatamansi Jones has the distinct effect of anti-anxiety. The mechanisms are related with regulating the content of neurotransmitter in the brain.
