摘  要:目的:研究肉苁蓉对感染性休克大鼠肝线粒体功能的影响。方法:采用盲肠结扎穿孔术(CLP)复制感染性休克模型,采用多导生理仪监测平均动脉压(MAP)的变化,定磷法测定肝线粒体ATP酶活性,采用Clark氧电极法测定呼吸控制率(RCR)、Ⅲ态的变化。结果:大鼠在CLP术后,线粒体ATP酶活性、RCR和Ⅲ态显著降低。肉苁蓉给药组肝线粒体ATP酶活性、RCR和Ⅲ态较对照组明显改善,与大鼠死亡率的降低呈显著正相关。结论:肉苁蓉能增强实验性感染性休克大鼠线粒体能量代谢功能。Objective :To study the influential of Cistanche deserticola Y. C. Ma to energy metablic function of liver mitochondria following septic shock and investigate the treatment mechanism. Methods: The model of septic shock was made by cecal ligation and puncture. Cistanche deserticola and saline were via gastric garage to the rats respectively for fifteen days. Liver mitochondria RCR,ATPase activity were assayed. Resuits: Liver mitochondria RCR , ATPase activity were obviously decreased after CLP. However, in the Cistanche deserticola groups, all them were significantly better than control group, Furthermore keep positive correlation with improvement of dead of rate. Conclusion : Cistanche deserticola can strengthen the energy metabolic function of liver mitochondrial ,significantly attenuate the dysfunction of hepatocytic mitochondria from the damage induced by septic shock.
