摘 要:目的观察应用几丁糖前后,纤维包膜中毛细血管数量的变化规律,探讨几丁糖对纤维包膜血运情况的影响。方法制作应用几丁糖干预埋置扩张器的动物模型及其常规对照模型各15个,取材制作CD34染色切片后,随机选取光镜100倍下CD34染色切片的实验组与对照组各15个视野,人工计数毛细血管数量,了解两组之间的差异有无统计学意义。结果实验组的毛细血管数量平均每视野(8.200±2.150)个,对照组的毛细血管数量平均每视野(7.900±1.729)个,实验组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用几丁糖干预纤维包膜的形成过程,不会减少纤维包膜中毛细血管数量,从而不会影响纤维包膜对扩张后皮瓣的血供与营养作用。Objective To observe the change rule of the quantity of capillaries in the fibropeplos after treating Chitosan, to study the influence of Chitosan on the blood of the fibropeplos. Methods Thirty animals were divided randomly into 2 groups; the treatmental group and the control group. The expanders were heeled - in with or without the Chitosan. Specimen were taken fronrn each group, and dyed with CD34. 15 campus visualis of each specimen were selected randomly under light microscope ( × 100), then the quantity of capillary was counted. Results The quantity of capillary in each campus in the experimental group was 8. 200 ± 2. 150, the quantity of capillary in each campus in the control group was 7. 900± 1. 729 (P 〉0.05). Conclusion Application of Chitosan in the intervention of fibropeplos form will not decrease the quantity of capillary in the fibropeplos and affect the blood and nutrition of the expanded flap.
