摘　　要：介绍了宝钢分公司冷轧厂在引进、消化、创新道路上,坚持以市场为导向,通过规模扩大、产线优化、高附加值产品开发、产品质量提高、环保生产以及技术创新和技术改造所取得的斐然成绩:从1个生产单元扩展到4个单元,生产能力从每年210万t发展到652万t,从只能生产普碳钢、低碳钢及建筑用碳素结构钢的冷轧厂,发展成为以高端产品为主的一流冷轧厂。On the way of ＂introduction, digestion and innovation＂, the Cold Rolling Plant of Baosteel Branch stuck to market-orientation, through expanding the scale, optimising the production line, developing high value-added products and improving the product quality, environmental protection, technological innovation and revolution. It has achieved a great success： Its production scale was developed from 1 unit to 4; its annual capacity was expanded from 2.1 Mt to 6.52 Mt. It has become a first class cold rolling plant, specialized in producing high-end products, instead of just producing some plain carbon steel, low-carbon steel and carbon structural steel for buildings at the early stage.
