摘 要:该文采用吹脱法对三聚氰胺高浓度氨氮废水进行了研究。试验研究了pH值、气水比、曝气时间和水温对吹脱性能的影响,结果表明在pH值11左右、吹脱时间为5h、吹脱强度尽可能大的情况下氨氮的去除率较好,可达70%以上。从清洁生产审核的要求和循环经济角度出发,吹脱法对三聚氰胺废水的治理具有优越性,吹脱工艺可以回用生产废碱、产出有用副产品硫酸铵、治理费用相对低廉,通过合理的工程设计可以达到预定处理效率的目的。In this paper, the NH3 - N removal efficiency in melamine wastewater by stripping method was studied. The effect of pH value, the ratio of gas to water, aeration time and temperature were examined to study stripping efficiency. Results showed that the optimum condition of stripping could be achieved when pH value was about 11, blowoff time was 5 h, and blow - off strength should be greater as possible. The ammonia nitrogen removal rate could reach to more than 70%. The effect of pH value, temperature, quantity of MgCL2 and Na2HPO4 were discussed in chemical precipitation method. The highest removal rate can reach above 95% with conditions: pH value about 9.5, ratio of MgC12 to NH4 + 1.1 and ratio of Na2HPO4 to NH4 + 1.2. All of the two methods were fitted to treat melamine wastewater. But the stripping technology was more suited for the wastewater because it reused the waste alkali solution and produced useful byproduct. The stripping technology was more met the demand of Clean Production Audit and Circular Economy.
