摘 要:热板是橡胶注射机不可缺少的模具加热元件,电热管为热板的热源,并按一定的热功率排布在热板内,使模具受热均匀.在热板的适当位置放置热电偶,用来自动控制热板温度,要求热板表面温差保持在+2^-2℃范围内.但一直以来,单凭人工排布形式,往往导致热板加热不均匀和温度控制精度低,直接影响热板使用性能,也是目前生产注射机企业碰到的最大难题.因此,采用有限元法,对热板进行瞬态温度场模拟仿真,得到了合理的热管排布方式,并在实际生产中证明切实可行.As a mould heating parts, hot plate is an indispensable part of rubble injecting mould machine. As the power resource, electric heat pipe was distributed in hot plate according to heat power to make the temperature field distributed uniformly. To control the temperature of hot plate in automatic way and keep the temperature difference in the range of +2~-2 ℃, thermocouple was put in the hot plate at appropriate position. But so far, the non-uniform temperature field of hot plate and low precision of temperature control become the main problems for company producing injecting machine and these problem will directly influence the using performance of injecting machine. By adopting FEA method, this paper presented the analysis on transient temperature field of hot plate, and reasonable distribution of heat pipe is obtained and its feasibility was demonstrated in practical production.
