摘 要:目的:探讨重庆市成人高尿酸血症(Hyperuricemia)与脂代谢异常、高血压、体重指数的关系。方法:对9528例体检人群的血尿酸(Uricemia,UA)、血脂(总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白)、血压、体重指数等检测结果进行统计分析。结果:检出高尿酸血症为1727例(18.13%),其中男性20.87%,女性13.54%。高尿酸血症中脂代谢异常1023例(10.74%),其中男性13.44%,女性6.25%。高尿酸血症中高血压535例(41.31%),其中男性43.20%,女性36.70%。体重超标587例(45.33%),其中男性47.77%,女性39.36%。肥胖195例(15.06%),其中男性16.54%,女性11.44%。结论:高尿酸血症男性明显多于女性;高尿酸血症中脂代谢异常明显多于正常组;高尿酸血症中高血压、体重超标及肥胖明显多于正常组。因此,减轻体重,保持血脂和血压水平正常能有效地防治高尿酸血症。Objectives:To determine the relationship between hyperuricemia and lipid meterbolism abnomaltity, hypertention, and weight index. Methods:Statistical analysis was given to 9 528 cases for their health examination results, including the blood uric acid,blood fat(total cholestrrol,trigly ceride,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein), blood pressure,and BMI. Results:The detection rate of hyperuricemia was 18.13%(1 727cases),in which male were accounted for 13.44%,female 6.25%. In the 1 727 cases of hyperuicemia,41.31%(535cases) were detected with lipid metabolism,overweight 45.33%(587cases), obesity15.06%(195cases). Conclution:In the cases of hyperuricemia,there are more males than females,and the number of lipid metorbolism abnormality, hypertention, overweight, and obesity is higher than that in the normal groups. Reducing Weight, controlling hyperlipemia and keeping the normal blood pressure are the considerate measures for the prevention and care of hyperuricemia.
