摘　　要：在LabVIEW8.0编程平台下利用数字相关滤波技术研制了虚拟频率响应分析仪。与常规电化学仪器测量对比,在10 mHz～10 kHz范围内能满足测试要求,可以应用于各种条件下腐蚀电化学阻抗的测量。The virtual instrument system of frequency response analyzer was accomplished based on the data correlation filtering technology under LabVIEW8.0 programming platform. By contrast with normal electrochemical measuring instrument, the virtual frequency response analyzer developed in this work satisfactorily performed in the range from 10 mHz to 10 kHz and it can be used for electrochemical impedance measurements.
